  • Site Architecture: Your complete installation address and system capacity (kW required) to generate accurate quotations and maintenance plans.
  • Financial Data: Transaction details when you book a plan. (Note: We do not store your credit/debit card details. All payments are securely processed via Razorpay).

2. How We Utilize Your Data & DPDP Consent Framework

Acting as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, we process your personal data strictly based on your clear, free, and affirmative consent for specific, lawful purposes:

  • To calculate accurate solar AMC pricing based on your specific system capacity.
  • To dispatch our engineering team to your exact site coordinates for cleaning and maintenance visits.
  • To notify you regarding subscription renewals, scheduled visits, and emergency breakdowns.
  • To process transactions securely and generate official invoices.

3. Data Security & Architecture

At DEV SKY SOLAR, we apply the same absolute precision to your data as we do to our structural engineering. Your personal information is stored securely on encrypted databases. We implement Tier-1 security measures, including SSL encryption and restricted access controls, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data.

4. Third-Party Integration

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to external brokers. We only share necessary parameters with trusted third-party architectures required to complete your service loop:

  • Razorpay: For secure, encrypted payment processing.
  • Logistics Partners: Only your name, contact, and address are shared with our on-ground engineers to fulfill scheduled maintenance visits.

Our digital platform uses standard cookies to ensure smooth UI/UX navigation, maintain user sessions during checkout, and analyze overall website traffic loops to improve our interface. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time without losing core site functionality.
